Buff the base and max damage by 4-5

Breaker Blade is outright outclassed by Chlorophyte Claymore. They’re roughly the same size, but Claymore has 1 more base damage and 3 more max damage, but it also has a projectile and slightly higher use time. A projectile-less sword shouldn’t deal less damage than a sword with one.
[Anything else you would like to note]
Nerfing Claymore’s base damage and max damage to be slightly below Breaker Blades’ is also an option.
