As the updates of Terraria come (1.4.4.9 - that text is still misbanned), more issues with the unupdated server come. I heard in chat that the angler ate the questfish without giving rewards. I think for some time blocking angler would reduce anger (“where is the f… angler” only vs “bru the angler scammed” or “(mod name) can u ban the angler???”) in contrast to letting the angler scam people.

This always happens to me. You can prevent this from happening by emptying ur inv, and wait for a couple seconds before you move. It works for me, but idk if it does work for other people.

Yes he takes the quest fish and also sometimes dosentgive loot due to the new secondary loot you can now get from the angler

Finally a relevant post to address this concern! Tbh, this issue and the biome boss bag is really giving us headaches.
