This is because King/Queen statue can just teleport all male/female NPCs to one place which would make the NPCs unusable as extra warp.
I think the king statue is already banned item, dont know about queen tho

Also i think statues in general are disabled, and i think hardmode ones are banned

I read the rules and statues are stated in there to be used within limits. When were statues made unusable in survival entirely?
