SS - Allows the user to reforge weapons, accessories and armor (similar how /reforge works in survival dimension).
You get better reforges at more ability levels, reforging costs points.
WW - Self inflicts with striking moment buff for 5 seconds and dazed debuff for 2 seconds, 30 seconds cooldown.

I love this ability idea as well! Everyone seems to be coming up with good ideas recently.
This ability isn’t too complicated, seems pretty easy to use, and is rather balanced as far as I can see.
