Blacklisted IP or something else entirely?

How often it happens
Starting today, I tried joining with this character name, but I couldn’t join PvP/PvE, and I got the in-game notification to pick a dimension to join. The others work, I’m connected to the server and I can do things normally. However, as I’ve tried this on about a dozen characters, if I leave the server without switching dimensions, after having failed to join either PvP or PvE, the character is permanently locked out of joining altogether.

Considering I’m able to join with other character (names), I don’t think this is an IP blacklist issue, unless it occurs only on the PvP and PvE dimensions, or something of the sort.

Other things to note: I use VPN on my phone, but never bothered installing it on my PC, therefore, I assume, attempts to join did not have to go through the VPN, so it should be a non-factor. Both devices are connected to the same router, though.

Any screenshots or videos showing the bug

  1. I show that DG Victor The Legend is not allowed to join (neither on eu).
  2. I create a new character → join the server.
  3. PvE, PvP don’t work; Build and Items do → log out.
  4. Join back in → PvP doesn’t work → log out.
  5. Character can no longer join.

Try IP eu-gra-1.t.dark-gaming.com

This is the unstable entrypoint. Check to see if the issue happens there. If so, it should be easier for me to look into since no one else should be joining it.

Thanks. Both the regular ip and the eu-fra one work just fine now, though this one you suggested is broken, at this moment, the same way those two were.
