Buff the damage to 9% each (+3%) and buff the defense by 1 to 24. To make this not a buff to the actual beetle armor, nerf the helmet 
by 3% each class to make it 3% each and -1 Defense to 25.
[Why do you feel that this change is needed?]
Might be useful as a psuedo-Crystal Assassin leggings with more damage for less melee speed

Fairly sure the melee speed for this item works on mobile
