BBCode on the shoutbox

All the BBCode used on the shoutbox now appears when you post it instead of when you receive the next update of the shoutbox’s shouts.

I’ve also removed the follow tags from being used in the shoutbox:

  • [quote]
  • [h1]
  • [h2]
  • [h3]
  • [font]
  • [special]
  • [center]

I’m sure most of you are unaware of most of them. And they dont really work on the Shoutbox or in Threads and so I’ve removed those from the threads also (All listed except [quote]).

the new syntax is [color=color] instead of [color=“color”].
