I have do idea whatsoever why i was banned

[Q3] Do you think your Ban was fair? If not, please provide a reason.
No , since i have never done anything against the rules
If i remember i played with a different acc (not registered to the server) i tried to go to the item dimension then it banned me

[Q4] Why should we unban you?
Since i have not done anything against the rules
( Thats what i believe )

( Is having a name ‘hhhhh’’ against the rule , since i have not read anything about that or is it considered spam?)
