This was why flares were banned, and glowsticks have been known to do the same thing but for some reason Blanc didnt ban those too
there was some non online spamming them after you made this post
they are not going to lag if you use them not online though
“non online” probably means a player that is no longer online on the server at the time of replying
yeah glowsticks should probably be projbanned, it’s not like they serve a purpose in pvp
also “non” is most likely being used in this case to refer to a player who is not logged in
