No. Another user impersonated me and was banned for it.

No, since the ban was originally intended for a different person.

[Q4] Why should we unban you?
The ban was originally issued because another user named Noman attempted to impersonate me (Someone10101) and was banned for it. I think that ban also accidentally applied to my account since he used my username.
