Seems that you got affected by the ban accidentally,
Unfortunetly there is not much it can be done?, no info or data seems to match yours, so it just weird that you got affected by it

Unfortunetly is one of those cases where the solution is that you just check every now and then, and hope that gets magically fixed the same way that it magically appeared.
