I was and still am a bit concerned over whether or not you’d follow the rules were you unbanned again, but another staff member wanted to see you unbanned. I brought up the discussion to the rest of the staff team, and after all this time only one other staff member contributed, saying that they doubt you understand “cheating” in this context; even though English isn’t your first language, cheating can be understood in any language. It was given in your first appeal that you shouldn’t do it again, but you did.
As a result, two against your unban compared to one in favor. Sorry.
