These items cause too much issues when being used. When a player has an inventory full of these items, it simply will be spammed all-over the place. Sometimes, players will get kicked on-death when wield. Remove these items.
this wouldnt exactly solve the issue, since mediumcore exists. a more comprehensive suggestion would be to make the item spam kick a bit more strict and clear dropped items upon kick or clear dropped items periodically like in build
