No, the ban was not fair, because, I did not know you can get banned for advertising an ipv4 address,
I did read the rules but not fully, I only read the title of the rules, I did not read you can get banned for advertising ipv4 addresses, I thought you can get banned for advertising websites(i.e. youtube.com).

I got banned for advertising "4.1.4.2(an ipv4 address), I am very sorry in doing that, I should’ve read the rules fully, now that I did, I won’t break any rules from now on.
