the seems to happen in survival with the blood butcher,flamethrowers,cool whip,hel-fire
and in pvp-pve with nights edge,true nights edge,excalibur,true excalibur,and terra blade
in survival it kicks you and in pvp-pve it freezes and stones you.

This is a well-known bug, and unfortunately, until the server updates to 1.4.4 (it is compatible but not on it itself), this issue will persist.
Also, I suggest moving the topic to Bug Reports

Probably not until the summer, Neverbeen (Tejexia/Musicboss#02) is the one in charge of the 1.4.4 server update, and I assume they are in college, and have exams and such, so they are not going to do much until sometime in May/June, I also privately heard from a different server admin on a different Terraria server that is in contact with Redigit, 1.4.5 will not arrive until sometime after July (or not affect servers and anticheat or something), as that is their massive event, gathered from some admins of that server)
