Rename old Duel arenas in PvP (this might be a bit weird with the “item change” format)

Rename the various arenas currently in PvP. The new map, “Volcano” is unique at the moment in that it actually has a name instead of just being called “duel6” or whichever. I don’t have any specific ideas for names, though.
[Why do you feel that this change is needed?]
It would just be nice. Also having duels1-6 and also “volcano” isn’t really consistent, so I think it would be interesting to have more names.

The new Volcano map looks really good!
