Add Deerclops arena into the new 1.4.4.9 PVE and also add BOC/EOW arenas in PVE

So, since PVE has been updated to 1.4.4.9, Deerclops should be now supported. With this in mind I suggest adding an ice-themed deerclops arena.

Also it would be nice to see a crimson-themed Brain of Cthulhu arena, a corruption-themed Eater of World arena.

Then almost all bosses would have an own arena:

If deerclops gives a little amount of DP/XP I can possibly add it
