The ban ID is incorrect, please fix it, along with the format (it can be found here). Mainly, provide a response to question 4.

I suggest not keeping any items given to you if you are unable to tell if they are hacked, as you are held responsible for what is in your inventory (even if you are AFK, as the rules specify you cannot AFK in survival).

Since you have read the rules, and so now understand this, I will remove your ban.
