Try uploading the very portion where this bug occurs. It should be short enough to send

I tried to upload a 19.3MB video, but the message “Sorry, that file is too big (maximum size is 42.1 MB).” was displayed.

Mine are usually below 8 MB. Try shortening it to where its below 12?
