I get I have been banned before, and broken rules. Does that prevent me from ever appealing as a Mod/Helper? I mainly want to beacuse I am on a LOT, and most players know I have been banned before, so it will encourage them to see “Oh hey, they got a second chance, I think that’s cool.”
And it will show players that even if they’ve done wrong in the past, they can try again and get going.
Just wondering though why I cant make a topic in Mod or helper applications.

There is no expectation about former bans but that reduces the chances vastly. Most mods were once banned but then they improved.
