Another thing am I supposed to get any lootboxes for leveling up its says i do on the server but when I check in my dtp inventory there is nothing but the boxes I got for voting. Although on dtp it shows the level I am currently on.

You may not be getting them now because you are low level but as you get to higher levels there is a higher chance of getting a lootbox
Basically just level up more and you will start to get some
