They would have needed 126 chlorophyte bars or 630 (PC) / 756 (mobile) chlorophyte ore to get these tools. For 720 chlorophyte (to craft the DCU) I needed on my singleplayer world (mobile) about 20-25 hours. The player would have to be about 6-10 hours in survival a day (Every Friday reset, all mech bosses are down on about Monday-Tuesday) to get this amount of chlorophyte without cheating.
