No target dummies in special items

This is not a bug, there were no dummies in SItems to begin with.
Please vote on this instead:

Sitem target dummies/enemies

Add target dummies or signs that you can break to spawn mobs in the special items server. this way people can test out their weapons instead of just shooting them into the air.
