No, your game password is quite important and without it you can’t access almost anything in DG so it was probably a lie (I think).
Since you don’t know your password, maybe resetting it will solve this then.
as it is written there, send a PM to @account_managers
and include your game nickname (the one you have in terraria ) and what your new password will be.
if this works then just enter your reset password on the official website and maybe it will work.
try to remember it more!!
