Items stacked over 1000 will be changed to 999

Fixed exceeding 1.4.1 max stacks in a chest causing that stack to disappear - it will now be automatically capped at 1.4.1 max stack instead

This is intended as a fix, not a bug. It is not possible to store > 999 until the server is 1.4.4
