I know this one! This is connected to the following glitch:

Everyone stuck stoned in survival because the short stoning to delete buffs from outside is deadlocked

This and these two are all the same issue: And not likely something that we will fix (since it has been reported before if you look at bug reports). Instead I recommend either posting one bug report or just posting a normal thread like in Questions & Support because we will usually only restart the affected dimension, not actually fix the bug itself.

(This glitch seems to apply to every dimension (but no stoned players in survival rn))
