I missed out on a single day this quarter (24 Feb - 24 May). Looks like I won’t be getting this anytime soon:

Last month, I wasn’t home for the weekend, nor did I browse the forum with my phone. (I never use my phone to browse the forum.)

So this manga is pretty wacky. I’ve started reading this last year, and every so often I check it out, and man. . . it delivers with every new chapter release.

I read this manga and feel like I want to curl-up and die from cringe every time I finish a chapter. I actually yell and scream with unabated pleasure and laughter while wearing the ugliest grimace I can possibly conjure. My countenance literally looks like ass every time I flip a page of this manga.

Here’s the plot:

So basically there’s a higher schooler is pretty fucking depressed. His father ran away, his mother is sad and stressed, and his brother is literally garbage. His brother is a man-child who wallows in self-loathing and plays video games all day.

Anyway, the main character is living pretty shitty life, and his future prospects don’t look to good. He lives in the middle-of-fucking-nowhere and he’ll die living in the middle-of-fucking-nowhere. He’s bound to his town by obligations: to his family, to his bullies, etc.

I forgot to mention, this kid gets bullied. It’s pretty nice and dandy.

So this kid ponders about the state of his life, and he just wants to run away.

– “What if I kill myself?”

I think it’s around this time he meets an idol – Japan loves their idols, and it’s pretty damn weird. The two of them get pretty close to each other, and they make a vow to commit suicide together. One rainy night, they decide to do it, and then they pussy out and abscond because the boy’s teacher spots them. Around this time, the boy and the idol have some sex. Indeed, this manga is pretty edgy.

All the sudden, the idol’s husband comes in and finds the two having sex. (Keep in mind that the idol is 19 years old or something.) The dude is pretty creepy and idiosyncratic - as expected from a 40 year old man who marries a 19 year old. He’s also totally fine with his wife having sex with a high schooler.

Skip forward because I forgot some details.

The kid’s teacher is pretty stressed out about her poopy job. She’s having a mid-life crisis in her early-20s because of her shitty coworkers and students. (This is the same teacher who spotted the boy trying to commit suicide with the idol.)

The boy really wants to get away from this god forsaken town. He just wants to run away from this town because it’s essentially a decrepit prison filled with festering maggots. He tells the teacher everything, because he just wants some help.

The teacher then makes a strange ass proposition. She wants to lives a funky life because she’s sick of her mundane life, and she black mails the kid into having a sexual relationship with her. She’s also going to be the kid’s sugar mommy, promising to pay for the kid’s expenses for college, etc. That’s pretty nice.

Skip forward yet again.

If I remember correctly, it’s revealed that the kid’s mother is a piece of shit, because she literally sells her kid off. Remember, the kid is bullied. The kid’s bully is the son of a magnate who owns a construction company. The kid’s mother and the bully’s father have a relationship with one another, and they decide that it’s in everybody’s interest to have the kid get a job in the construction business with the bully as his superior.

The bully wants the kid to never leave the town – pretty creepy. . .

The bully is also a pretty strange character, because some time he acts pretty nice. In fact, he tells the main character that their parents have sex every other day. That’s really nice.

I’m just going to hop the plotline and say this intermittently

The boy’s mother is pretty cool at times I guess. She promises her son that they’ll leave town together or something, but she’s also a piece of shit. She’s also the centerpiece of this story because she’s related to the idol’s husband.

I forgot to mention, the idol’s husband is also a writer.

The kid has a female friend – his only friend. She’s pretty important. She’s also an aspiring writer who looks up to a certain author. She also attempted to start a relationship with that certain author who just so happens to be a husband of a certain idol.

Oh, and and apparently the idol’s husband wrote books based on his past. Specifically, he wrote about the shitty the town and his teenage relationship with some girl. That girl is actually the main character’s mom.

. . .

The story is just like waste. Every so often, the author pulls down his pants and poops. He then expects his readers to eat his poop. I guess you can say it’s all pretty vile.
