I have 4 channels for liking posts. the first one is just a place i put links to comments that arent liked that i cant like due to like limit (like this conversation rn, im putting it here so i can re-like it later)
this channel stores how many posts ive liked from post 1.
i plan on compiling all this to make a graph of DGâs forum activity. every 100 posts i archive them along with the date the post was made. the minuses and pluses are when there isnt a post on the exact number, which then i go to the nearest post.
this one doesnt get used much but i use it for big posts
but like for me, the hardest part about liking posts that takes up the most time is the fact that when DMs were added to Discourse, the ID system for them is shared with the Post IDâs. so in the same way every post has its own post id (for example, comment frenzy is ID 7232), every DM has its own ID. they share it with the post IDs tho, so i have to scroll through alot of empty IDs (which are just lots of DMs that i cant access due to me not being in them).
i assume these dms mostly comprise of Discourse Bot messages, which i have to trudge through to find likable posts. its kinda tedious but having a post like limit sets a reasonable daily goal

oh so basically i wanted to make my own server to invite my friends in, but it died quickly so i just kicked everyone and now its my personal server
heres the pfp for it btw. it was made by my friend and i still havent changed it lol
actually that friend once came back to the server via an invite link i didnt know was active lol. that was funny

As a kid I watched a lot of Tom and Jerry on VHS. I donât remember if we still have our VHS tapes in my parentsâ home, but we still have a large disc collection and at least three different drives.
Last time I was at my parentsâ home, I watched Miyazaki films with my mom. I last watched them when I was a kid, and I was quite surprised by the nuanced messaging and subtle world-building in some films â especially Princess Mononoke.
Itâs crazy because my younger brother never used VHS, DvDs, or even watched TV.
