the forems was dead for a while, mostly because tons of active people are less active (in the forums)
like fadadadadada, glasia, me (i guess), yems, sertastic, nate, geo, mado, papyrus, 0re0, etc

I found an unused ban system that lets you temp-ban people. It looks a lot like the old system.
