Did the server or another player tell you this? The server does not direct you to the forums if you have a login issue.
- You already registered a new account on your new device – you’re only allowed to have one account per device, and that is the only account you can login with on that device
- You’ve not registered a new account on your new device, entered the server with a character named “Bankai”, and inputted the wrong password.
