It can be any of the following reasons:

• Using a VPN
• Using a proxy
• Connecting from a server
• Connecting using an IP that has been tagged as problematic
• or Connecting from an IP that has been incorrectly tagged as one of the above

I think the autoban did this in a very idiotic way, if 1 IP number changes it is already considered changed.
