For weapon it’s the Terra Blade due to nostalgia. The block is marble due to how it looks, as for biome? Tundra, it’s useful for every class, summoners get their first armor along with frozen key, melee gets ice blade/frostbrand/ice boomerang /ice sickle, ranger gets snowballs and the snowball cannon along with a reskin of the marrow, mage? Flower of frost and frost staff. On top of that there’s some good early game accessories. Also I forgot to mention this but: You can also get frost armor set and wings from using frost cores and ice feather.
