I was rearranging my accessories and for some reason after taking them off i couldnt put them back on.
Is there a fix?

Duplicate accessories cannot be equipped in regular gameplay, e.g. two Worm Scarves, so that is most likely the issue. Short answer, don’t pick up any accessories you have more than one of equipped, since Zombies accessory chests put the accessory directly into an equip slot.
