I made like idk appeals and im still not unbanned,maybe the person who banned me is gone so i cant but pls tell me what i should do i really want to get unbanned but its taking way too long

The person who banned you has to be the one handling your appeal. They seem to be busy however, if you want I can ask permission to handle it for him.

also i found the rule in the rules book about my ban i probably shouldve checked before here it is #4 Racism
Racism is not tolerated in the chat. Any person found being racist in the chat will find themselves Banned.
I guess this is what was related to my ban
