Why can't I join? Help please?

When I try to join the server, I get stuck on “Checking IP…: Complete!”. I am able to join other servers just fine, so it shouldn’t be firewall related.

The hub server ‘rift’ is down. You can join the server via port 7776 or 7779 and go to other dimensions such as items with /items zombies with /zombies and the whole list shows when you do /dimensions
