When I react in discord normally and 5 chain afterwards, will I get banned even though I could not predict that a troll comes and chains?

If someone enters a funny meme in discord in #memes and I react with entering :joy: in a message and then 5 chain the :joy: in chat, who is responsible for chain and will get banned for chaining?

The user 1 only reacted normally then users 2-5 spammed. So user 1 is not banned?
