This is a bug with the way Terraria works, it sometimes happens on vanilla too. I don’t think DG can do anything about it.

i think it has to do something with the fact that the destroyer cant despawn

This is more of a Terraria bug than DG bug. We can fix it yeah, but it’d be better if Re-Logic addresses it in the base game
