The lootbox is not an ingame item, but an item that gives small set of any available 3 random trading system items of any rank along with 25% xp to your next level.

This dark gaming faq by Neverbeen explains the trading system (aka dtp) pretty well along with a lot of other things about the server.

Voting is done through the DTP. You can get to the DTP through the link at the top of this website. From there, just click the link that says “Vote for DG and get a Loot Box and __XP” and provide your in game name when you vote.

I voted and didn’ t get the DTP lootbox, I only got 0.05 credits. No XP.
