I can’t seem to find the lootboxes where are they I’m level 2 btw

I think you may not get them until a higher level.

Aren’t you suppost to get a lootbox per level might be a glitch thanks for the theory tho

There’s been lots of instances of leveling up and not receiving a lootbox at all, even at higher levels. As far as I know, the chances are random, so if you don’t get a lootbox from a level up… well, you just got unlucky. A surefire way to get a lootbox, though, is to vote for Dark Gaming. By doing so, you can get one lootbox per day in addition to XP and 0.05 Credits.
