What I wanted to say is that the reported user rejoined with the same name 5 hours later despite being banned permanently according to the ban page. I wrote this anyways because it may be relevant what to do if someone hacks their ban away

“Hacking their ban away” is a funi phrase to use instead of “Ban Evading”

After a ban:
Ban evading = joining with different name
Hacking a ban away = joining with same name
