It seems like As-Salamu Alaykum in gibberish
Which means “Peace be upon you” in Islam.

Apparently, the typical response to this greeting is wa ʿalaykumu s-salām (وَعَلَيْكُمُ ٱلسَّلَامُ).
The complete greeting/response phrase is as-salāmu ʿalaykum wa-raḥmatu -llāhi wa-barakātuhū (ٱلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّٰهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ).

Also, selecting English text and Arabic text with a mouse is pretty weird.
Arabic is written right to left, and English is written left to right. Text selection accounts for this, and it’s pretty weird.
