Violated caps rules more than 3 times, with warning. Came back after my kick and continued to violate rules.

If no-one will be able to ban him then I will do it in the morning.
He had much more warnings then needed to have and still nothing.
I assume that it was on the SSC server so he will be banned there unless
its a ban on both on the SSC and both on the Free Build one?

Im sure the bans count on both servers,. If not, there will be a lot more banning to do.
