That is not the correct way to provide evidence. That is the location of the file on your computer. If I attempted to go to that location in my files, nothing would come up, as I do not have that file. You need to upload the file, to a hosting site such as Imgur. There is also a specific section just for reports.
However, I viewed the inventory of this player, and they had impossible buffs, so they have been banned.
