2)The name of that player is clearly a port for another server, therefore advertising and breaking the rules. He was warned 3 times, and did nothing.
3)It did not really affect anybody, but it could have so it is best to stop him in time

Uni, for the pictures/proof do [img]LINK ADDRESS HERE[/img then add a ‘]’ to the end. It makes the image appear so you don’t have to click the link.

He’d have to be a member to be banned while not on, hopefully an Admin or Mod bans him.
