In PvE, these issues have already been largely addressed; however despite this, these changes get reset anytime there is a server reset or anything else of a similar effect.

- If you use a block destroying weapon, you can easily AFK farm WoF, especially so when there are few players (little boss HP-scaling effect)
Make The EoL Cooldown Permanent
