After we finish the round 12, we got the Christmas Lootbox, but after i open, i didnt get any drop and the DTP site said “Error” and i didnt get even one drop, same happened to Harmfulcrane, so there is a chance of we get a refound? Because time was used in and dont get anything is kinda annoying, and wait more one year for it isnt so worth, so if possible, please get me another lootbox or give me another chance to get it, thanks for reading.

i also have this issue. i opened my box with inventory space available and it gave me a error and i got nothing.
