Don’t worry I’m not leaving! I am handing in my resignation for Helper of Mangers because I am not as active as it warrants me to be. I would like to apologize to those Helpers and Helper applicants that had to deal with my inactivity and had to wait, and there apps had to be delayed, I am terribly sorry for that happening. I cannot completely fulfill me duties for this certain position. I’m sorry for this having to happen, I know it is pathetic that this has to happen but… Anyway, since I’m still kind of the Manager of Helpers, I’d like staff Mod, Admin, and VERY experienced helpers to post on here if they think they’re up for the job and I’ll personally review them and get back to Pop on it. (still gm too)

This is upsetting news… I think I could help but not take the position. This is because I cannot get on the website much to see apps as stated on my thread. Yeah so I would be happy to help.

Well obviously I can’t be a manager because I’m not active on the server as much as I’d like to be. xD
But when there is a new manager, I would suggest that he/she demotes the inactive helpers and also keeps an eye on who is active and who isn’t.

i cant and wouldnt take that job because personally i didnt play for managing helpers behaviour and teach them what to do…i played to manage members behaviour and stupidity. and i dont know if many people want this because whats the fun in…managing helpers?

Exactly. But some people like the idea of having power and control over others. Some people like enforcing the rules and cleaning the server of hackers and nasty players as well as making it better. Why do you think I’m still here?

cuz u own it. having control over others is a responsibility. all im saying is i dont think many people would like teaching every single helper what to do. but thats just my thinking. some people might want it

You don’t teach Helpers what to do though. Helper is the easiest staff job available. A Manager simply tests them by going on with a new character and pretending to be new then asks said Applicant questions to see if they Help them. The other side is accepting the Application and demoting inactive Helpers. There’s no tiresome part of being a Manager of Helpers.

After a-lot of tries to convince me from Hiro (Raiku) and more players,
I wont have problem to continue the great work that RubberDuckyFoxtrot has began.
Notice that if I will be chosen then I will be able to fully operate with testing on the current month (August)
but when school starts I will decrease the amount of play on the server.

Someone very active, has been a helper for a long time, and knows what they need and good attributes for one, patience, and maturity.

Well, Rubber, I’ve been a helper for around 2 months (?), but it’s since I had a long session (3 months) and I got much better “training” that I would have in lesser time range. I think that right now I am the most active helper since Rentals isn’t able to be on as much as I am. Im looking forwards that there would be a new helper that has experienced well on the server and test session before I might get the Moderation position since that if I will be accepted for it, then there will be barely any helpers online (Remember it’s only Renald and I meanwhile) and then there might be some problems that there isn’t active helpers for hours.

As I have stated, I am fully active on the server and website. I believe I can handle this position and I would be honored to carry on this role. BoB, you did a great job and I would like to finish it.

In my opinion, I believe that Chenaley/Legoman would be the best person for the job. He is the most active and when he has to do a job he is extremely efficient. I think that ThePunisher needs a little bit more experience before he takes on a role like this.
