Buff damage and max damage by 3-5.
[Why do you feel that this change is needed?]
The spear is already a pretty decent weapon and could be considered a slower, more precise bubble gun.However, it currently lacks the damage to fulfill that purpose properly as it gets outclassed by a lot of other anti-rush options.
