[Q2] Did you break the rules knowingly?
No. I just made a new character and downloaded the app like hours ago.

[Q3] Do you think your Ban was fair? If not, please provide a reason.
It was absolutely not fair. Because I was wanting to join the server with the game newly installed and my character newly made and this random banned is not justified or whatsoever.

[Q4] Why should we unban you?
Absolutely yes. As I said I just downloaded the app hours ago and made this character when I downloaded the game and I haven’t even done anything to the server and I suddenly got banned.

The ban seems to be affecting you indirectly due to some data colission by error

Unfortunetly, We can’t edit it without letting the banned person join, so just check every now and then ,it should get fixed by itself hopefully in some days
