Hello, where can I (should I) build a map for Zombie mode . On my map offline or somewhere on the server . Thank you in advance

The best place to build the map is on the /build dimension on the server, keep in mind you need to be a member on the server and the website and you must have Crew. For directions on how to get crew (if you don’t have it already):
Crew is a free set of perks for those who own the game on steam.
If you indeed have not pirated or shared the game, crew is available at https://t.dark-gaming.com/crew
Here you login with your ingame account on the server, then authenticate your copy of terraria via steam
Be certain to have your Account Info-> Privacy Settings → My Profile > Public → Game Details > Public
You can later revert your privacy settings once you have confirmed crew works.
If you have the badge on t.dark-gaming.com BUT do not have the perks, go to https://t.dark-gaming.com/fixcrew
After this, you can find a place outside of the sandbox and make the map, once you are done, contact @popstarfreas on Discord or on here for the map to be moved to zombies!
